Plus, enjoy a craft and game with your family and friends. This event is on the DNR's FREE fishing weekend, so no fishing license is required. WB Parks can provide a limited number of fishing poles and hands-on instruction. Pre-registration is required.

Zee Fofana doesn’t wake up at 4:30 every morning to fill a daily quota of home listings and closings -- she does it to fulfill her God-given purpose of serving others. An immigrant from Sierra Leone raised in Houston, Texas, Zee’s charismatic charm and passion for people were sparked at an early age. Throughout high school and college, she nurtured dreams of studying international law to become an advocate for her people in her native village. But after earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, an unfortunate run-in with immigration snubbed her of the opportunity to attend law school. This unprecedented shift in her career led to her pivoting and falling in love with real estate.
After earning her real estate license in 2017, Zee began working as a full-time agent under Keller-Williams in Michigan. Her infectious spirit, entrepreneurial drive and genuine love for people has helped her garner a rapidly growing clientele across Metro Detroit. She attributes the growth and success of her business -- driven mostly from referrals -- to her passion for serving her clients and community.
The driving force behind Zee’s passion -- her “why” -- is giving back to her family and village in Sierra Leone. Her ultimate goal is returning home to develop multiple properties including housing, a library and a medical clinic in honor of her father who passed away in 2018.
Zee Fofana has always been about purpose. Her purpose has always been about people. And her career in real estate has always been about using her platform to spread love through service.
